What size panty do you find works the best for her? I've got an Sm136+ coming in the next few weeks and want to pick up a few things for her before she gets here.

Good news that you have a SM136 F cup on the way! You will not be disappointed.
The clothing sizes for this doll are very difficult. With her cartoon curves, most clothes don't fit her properly.
Look for clothes that are stretchy, like spandex. 100% cotton stuff doesn't spring back very well after stretched.
Size 6 or 8 (kids) for the pants and panties. But they need to be stretchy.
I do have one pair of small woman's panties that fit her, but most of the size small woman's panties I have are too big. It can be a bit of a lottery when buying panties online. Look in the comments for people complaining that they run small if you shop at Amazon.
I don't have much more advise for clothing sizes except to say that you have your work cut out for you. Finding a 28 F bra will be tough.

Thanks for the advice! My 2 previous dolls were a WM100 and a WM118, so I'm pretty used to the sizing struggle. I'll probably start a clothing thread for my new girl once I get some nice stuff in for her, similar to this old thread I had for the WM100 https://www.dollforum.com/forum/viewtop ... 15&t=71820. My favorite thing about owning a doll is shopping for clothes for her and dressing her up, so I'm sure I'll be busy finding cool stuff for this awesome lady.

Aaaaaand you post while I'm writing. Holy Moly. Maybe you should start the "SM136+: Clothes that work" thread and I'll add to it. Definitely need details on that bra and panty combo.
