This is sort of opinion-based, but I can't recommend this particular upgrade. It's almost useless for french kissing (the tongue is too small and too far back), doesn't really add much of anything to oral sex, and most importantly, it gives you something extra to damage during oral. My first doll had this, and it caused some tearing inside her mouth that led me to not using her for oral anymore. I honestly can't see any real advantage to it.

Additionally, I feel they need to know, it requires more attention to detail when drying/cleaning because of more crevasses.
And for ORAL, you need to go OVER her tongue.

My advice would be don’t bother. I got a JY head #134 with the tongue option, which I think is very similar to the WM one, and it was too far back in the mouth. Not that I indulge in oral sex with mine - thoughts of scrabbling around on the floor looking for popped-out eyeballs sort of put me off...

Seems to be the consensus that placement can vary alot from head to head

Izzy has the upgrade. Face 188. It's slightly to far back but not unreachable. That being said I don't think it's worth it to also have to worry about toung placement and the extra into cleaning and drying.

For me I'm not huge into bjs from the girls but I don't feel much difference from upgrade and not.

To me the mouth and lips is the doll part that causes me more pleasure and excitement.
I use it for french kiss and normal love kisses. Not to introduce penis.
Even with a small tongue i love to put my tongue deep and fondle hers
I dont do oral sex in vagina, because i dont feel it realistic, its just rubber tpe

But mouth is different, cause our saliva immediately oils her so it feels nice

You placed my order 157B 10 days ago. I did get the tongue and uvula option. I really like Doll Lab's tongue and teeth option, and now can get with braces! Removable, too. Just pm'd him to see if still possible with the upgrade.

I'm still relatively new, and I did still take the improved tongue option on my second purchase, but in my relatively limited experience, maneuvering to ah, "take advantage" of that orifice is awkward as hell to begin with. It's relatively cheap, and I actually do think it adds at least some verisimilitude to kissing, so I was happy to order it again, but if you're budget-minded it's probably one of the options you can abandon without great loss.

Not worth the money. I got the enhanced mouth on the three WM heads I have. One head just tore up, not enough room in there with that tongue in place. The bottom of the mouth just tore away from the plastic skull. I don't do oral any more with my WM heads. Too fragile. I want the other two that I have to not get damaged!

For me, the upgrade is a must. But not all heads are the same. I have two that are excellent for french kissing. And one that isn't so great because the cavity doesn't widen up close enough the entrance. But my perspective is only from kissing. I have never used one for oral sex. So I don't know what the difference is there. I would think the tongue might be annoying for oral sex. Or might rip easily. I just know I want a tongue in there for french kissing.
