I have another brand, now 3 & a half years old, silicone doll with this feature, whereby her vaginal & anal canals are connected by a small finger sized hole about two thirds of the way into the vagina.

Just tried oral on both of the elsababe heads today. It was a painful failure. If you can get past the teeth, there is hard, sharp crusted glue everywhere inside. You cant see it, but u can definitely feel it. Its almost like broken glass.
