The differences between the 170OS and 171PRO: See the bellow pictures:

170 body with a broader shoulder, it makes her look like more strong and muscular, lack of feminine character. For most men, subconsciously give high value to women who are slim, weak, these characteristics are considered as " feminine beauty" . So we have to improve the 170 body with a thinner shoulder, as it is now with 171cm body.

And 171 is only available for PRO, 170 is available for OS material.
