If you've ever used a FleshLight, you're up for a similar experience, with regards to KD's orifices. To be brutally honest, KD's holes don't feel as realistic as the real thing, but do feel better than your standard fare, budget onahole. The external parts are very nice, but the internals are simple tunnels, with stimulation nubs and some minor tunnel curves. The head angles in and upward, which can be a bit off-putting, due to the fact that it makes the face puff and eyes bulge-- however, that seems to be very common with most dolls, from what I've read. If you barely spread them, they're pretty tight, but can be loosened to suit your preference. Call it a quirk, but personally, I've only ever used condoms, while playing with my Heather. If you decide to do that (for whatever reason, mine being ease of cleanup), you'll want to use a small-to-moderate amount of water-based lube and keep her legs open fairly wide, to prevent condom breakage.

Personally I think kimbers quality is a step down from WM but she has her merits
