I am having the same problem as RasrBak!

I too am trying to order a customized doll.

No response or acknowledgement from Lovedolls despite THREE EMAILs, TWO WEBSITE Messages AND 1 PM.

I am surprised because the posts have been very favorable up to now.

I am getting concerned about order fulfillment.

I was finally able to place an order (used a different browser) and I sent a f/u email to Adam to confirm my customization and have not heard back from him. I am also concerned about my $.

My last email from Adam at Lovedolls was on June 16th.

I heard from Adam today. Transparently and in all fairness to Adam, I placed my order yesterday around 1pm CT, immediately received a form email acknowledging receipt of my order, and sent Adam an email to validate my personalization choices were received. Adam responded today (within 24 hours) and was very gracious and helpful. I think that possibly the disconnect could’ve been the fact that Adam lives in China and the differential of time zones being on opposite sides of planet earth. Adam has more than accommodated my emails and requests. Like many of us, I need to have more of that virtue patience, give others the benefit of the doubt and assume positive intent. Thank you Adam for going above and beyond to make me comfortable and content with my purchase!

I have the same problem. No response. I send daily mails from 2 mail adresses about one week. Anyone can help?

I bought a doll from them about 2 months ago.In total I sent and received over 50 emails. it took about 2 or 3 days, at a time to hear back from them.I think Adam is the only one doing the customer service. they are definitely short staffed

Hope it all works out. My doll arrived without the flight case I ordered for it today - need a refund ASAP.

Why do you continue to try and contact a vendor that apparently doesn't want your business?

In my case it is more to do with the fact I already paid through the automated site selection so nothing was truly customised. I asked in another thread that if something was going on please let me know. So we do not know if he doesn't want our business. For all any of us know, unless someone who actually knows, there could have been a covid outbreak and they are in isolation without access to their computer. Or if Adam works alone could have appendicitis and in the hospital. So we do not know. It does seem like those who have been in contact with the owner personally have had a good experience working with him. Others like myself have a few grand invested and are in search of information.

The above of covid/apendix are examples of reasons someone may not be in contact with and does not represent any knowledge or accusation to the truth.

He’s still around but busy with other stuff afaik. He’s provided his email adam@lovedolls.com on the forum in the past, so I assume it’s still okay for me to re-post it here. Shoot him a note and give him a couple days to get back to you.

He's around, I've sent him 3 and received 3 emails from Adam this week.

I also could not get a response from them a few months ago, and I would also suggest using a vendor from your country. The extra makeup options or whatever the say they offer is superficial. Getting a tpe doll is also about doing your own makeup and look. The factory makeup won't last and tpe is better for changing her look easily and being semi permanent.

Same here, ordered the inserts and I haven't heard anything from them. I might ask for my money back if they don't respond.

Update on this - Adam responded on Monday and gave a prompt refund. So he's definitely around.
