At the moment only a few heads can have this option and new head designs will probably include this feature <- I'm still waiting for official list.

Looking at the pic lover1 posted, it looks like they finally fixed the oral issue that most doll heads have. The skull pictured is solid between the mouth and upper face. Looks like your member will now go in straight, like with a real woman, instead of up behind the nose. Hopefully this becomes the new standard.

The old head design usually felt great, but seeing her face distort and eyes pop out was a real buzz-kill. I want to order just a head and test it out.

At the moment the only heads available are : #432, #436, #452
