Depending on the time that you send the PM give her 24-36 hours due to the time zone difference. She's good about responding, it just won't always be immediately. I've also had her read a msg and not be able to respond right that moment. But she will respond as time permits.

They're all brand new, beautiful doll heads, some of them are with not up to standard makeup, some of them are new heads that haven't been released yet and we think the models need to be remade, some of them are manufactured with a little flaw in them like a little bubble hole or a line, etc. You can ask customer service service@elsababe.com for details.
In fact, we didn't want to sell these heads, and just put the heads on display, as if they were left over from the development process. But after hearing members’ suggestions, asked us to share them with people in need, we think this idea is good, so we have this thread. ;D
