Does Joy Love Dolls respond?

Greetings:
I found a doll on JLD website that I wanted to purchase but I had some questions so I sent them a Text message through the site. I did not get a response so I sent a message to them using the email address they indicated to use for questions. I did not get a response. The next day I had not heard from them so I used the link at the bottom of a page to contact them. I did not get a response.
Next I picked out all of the items that I intended to purchase put them in my cart and called the phone number that the website said is available 24/7. this effort got me a recorded message saying that they are not taking calls at this time and that I should contact them by text message. Hmmm.
The next day I received a message (which I assume was automated) saying that I had items in my cart and that they were saving them for me. I then went online and removed the items from my cart. Having second thoughts I put everything back into the cart, went all the way to payment and decided to wait until the next day to think about it. I hoped for some sort of reply to my inquiries.
The following day I had two messages about the cart and the incomplete order. I decided to make the purchase and hope for some communication. I got an almost immediate confirmation for the order.
I responded to the confirmation with some questions about the order. I have not received a response. I'm hoping for a positive outcome.
