Guess you got lucky. I ordered a new doll with that head, and it came out looking very off (not talking about freckles, actual features). In fact, basically all the pictures I saw of that head from different sources looked very off compared to the advertised dolls factory photo. Yours is the first I've seen that actually looks as advertised. Ended up replacing it with the GE115.

I think this is one big problem with these dolls. the photoshopped ones presented by the manufacturers then do not correspond to reality and the customer does not get the doll that was in the sales pictures. There should be more factory pictures. Thank you.
