Hello everyone,

About a month and a half ago, I should have posted some introductory photos of my Zelex doll, but that couldn't happen due to a transportation issue. I'll tell you the story, at least to relieve myself a bit.

On July 21st, I decided to purchase a beautiful Zelex 170C silicone doll with the Scarllet and Annabelle heads. Everything was going well; I had the photos within 2 weeks. However, my seller mentioned that Zelex offered me the option to remake the doll with the new neck they announced.

I agreed since many users reported the neck breaking during transport, and Zelex had a new improved system to prevent that. The doll was remade with the new connector, and within 10 days, I had the photos again. On August 22nd, I received the new photos, and on September 5th, I received the tracking number.

Everything seemed fine as the doll should have arrived within 3 weeks, so I should have had it by the end of September. That date passed, and in early October, I spoke with my seller, who assured me it was normal and not to worry; it would arrive in 6 to 8 weeks.

I mentioned that wasn't possible since I paid for expedited shipping, which cost 300€, and the package was already delayed by 2 weeks. My seller acknowledged the issue, refunded me a third of the extra money paid for urgent shipping by air.

Three weeks ago, Zelex informed my seller that the package was considered lost, and they would remake my doll once more and send it to me as soon as possible with express shipping. It's been 15 days since Zelex supposedly began making the new doll, and I'm still waiting.

Honestly, I don't have much faith that my doll will arrive this year. It's infuriating to pay an extra amount to receive it earlier and now face the possibility that it might not arrive until next year. I don't understand how Zelex and all companies of this kind do not ensure the safe arrival of packages, especially after paying an extra 300€ for expedited delivery.

I see many people on the forum facing similar problems, while others receive their orders in about 30 days or so. I know a package can get lost for various reasons, but I paid for an extra service to expedite the delivery, and now I might not have my order until next year.

I purchased a WM Doll earlier this year, and it took 115 days to arrive, but that was shipped by sea during a factory relocation.

The issue is that when the WM Doll arrived, one hand was bent, and one of the heads didn't come with the package. This frustrates and discourages me from buying any other doll in the future.

I hope that when my doll finally arrives, it won't have any defects or missing parts. Well, let's see if I get the doll before Christmas so I can at least enjoy it during the holiday break.

Thanks TylerPM79 for your post and information. This thread mainly focuses on the showcase of our best girls. For the topic you have, it might be better to create a new thread, so others could give more comments on the situation.

What concerns me is that the love hole seems tighter than last time. Well, I hope it'll reach my home in about 5 or 6 weeks. My vendor hasn't told me how long it will take to arrive. If it's like last time, the tracking number will arrive in 2 weeks, and then add another 3 weeks.

This will be my final comment until the doll arrives at home, and I have a photo session with the doll's Annabelle head, which I haven't seen shared on the forum.
