Hi All,

Up front, Overall, I am happy with this brand and model. She's not perfect as I will outline below, but I am satisfied with my experience.

She wasn't my first choice, I had carefully weighed many factors and decided this was a good choice for me and she looked pretty good.

When she arrived, her figure wasn't as curvy as I would have liked... but I have changed my mind and I think the pictures are proof why my first impression was wrong.

Ordered configuration:
Wheat skin
TPE Body
Gel breast
Gear skeleton
Weight reduction
Finger joints
TPE head Yvonne (in Photos)
Standing feet
Body Realism detail
Silicone head Charlotte w/ hair implant

Measurements:--------Advertised-----------By me
Height-------------------------5'7"----------------5'6"
Full Bust----------------------33.1"---------------34"
Under-bust----------------------------------------25.5"
Waist--------------------------21.7"---------------22.5"
Hips---------------------------36.6"----------------37"
Foot----------------------------8.3"-----------------8"
Shoulder Width--------------13.8"----------------13"
Weight------------------------66.1 lbs------------69.9 lbs
Weight w/head------------------------------------79.5 lbs

Impressions by feature:
Skin color - Very happy with it.
TPE Body - Very Good. Light odor but does not linger and is not bothersome. Not very tacky at first but after using baby oil it is a little tacky and goes away.

Gel Breasts - They feel really good. Not much else to say. While there may be some other detail that make them more lifelike I don't know what or how they'd do it.

Gear skeleton - Unsatisfactory. I prefer a ball joint skeleton. This one has some awkward movements. The calves and forearms turn strange. I would like more flexibility, less limitations.

Weight reduction - Weight is good, but I don't like how it makes the thighs stiff. I assume it is lighter, but the advertised weight is not quite what I measured.

Finger Joints - Better than wires, but needs improvement. 1. The hands are too small. 2. The wrist is very limited in motion. 3. The finger joints are also very limited in movement. I've had some poke through but it is easy to slip the TPE back over the bones.

Body Realism - Excellent (I was concerned this was going to flake/rub off) It looks great and the texture is excellent. I've had her for 3 months and there hasn't been any rubbing off. I would do this again without concern.

Head; Silicone vs. TPE - While silicone may look a little better than TPE maybe good just for photos but in use, I prefer TPE head. And the implanted hair is nice but it falls out with use, gets tangled and comes out when combing. I just as well stick with TPE and wigs.

Conclusion
I've had many very good "experiences" with her, and expect to have many more.

I sleep with her from time to time but mostly store her in the closet and take her out 2 - 3 times a week.

Her low weight compared to many other dolls has made it much easier for me to experiment, and allowed me to try things that otherwise may be too difficult with heavier dolls.

I'd say the worst thing about her is the skeleton and finger joints. But it isn't a deal breaker. This could be improved, but I've been able to enjoy everything else about her.

Finally here is a photo set I created. Enjoy!

I'd love to know how you got the positioning as in photos 2568b, 2597 and 2665b. I tried with my new LushDoll but either didn't have the patience, was doing something wrong, or just didn't flex her hard enough.
Your pictures look great, by the way!

Thanks, it took me the better part of a day, so I'm glad you appreciate it.

Not all skeletons are equal. I don't know anything about LushDoll, what skeleton do they use? Who sells them? Does she have double joints? (if I had to guess double joints make a big difference).

These poses were all within her range (maybe at the limit, but still not too difficult to get her there and stay).

Congrats, she is incredibly sexy! This is one of many of Starpery's heads that truly stand out when it comes to realism.

You really sold it here, I'd say the head here looks even better than in the official product photos.

Thank you for your very accurate review. It's really interesting to see the advertised specifications verified by the owners.
69.9 lbs is not too far from the advertised weight and for a doll of this size it is quite a performance; especially since her silhouette is natural.

A beautiful doll and your pictures show her off well.

Nice! That LHP looks great! LOVE this shot

Is the head really 10 lbs?

I also love this picture, her LHP is one of the reasons I chose her.

I went back and re-weighed her head. This time i got 6 lbs. for the head.

(The first time I measured the body with and with out then subtracted the difference. (because the scale wouldn't display a weight that low) This time I measured me with and without the head. ... the body is just awkward to hold on the scale. I am going to go back and weigh the body again, I'll post that again later.

Great post, much appreciated. She looks amazing! I was interested in your comments re her curves, as similar to you I would ordinarily go for more curves, but she is perfect.

I reweighed just the body 3 more times on a different scale.

1. 69.2
2. 68.2
3. 69.8

...Still within expectations.

So, 34 kg with the head. This is one of the lightest tall dolls on the market (and much cheaper than most light dolls of comparable size).

And pretty from all angles! :onfire:

Thanks for commenting, I appreciate your feedback.

While I still desire other dolls that "appear" more sexy than Starpery's 171D. Often a more voluptuous figure comes with trade-offs, primarily much heavier.

I think Yvonne has a good balance of sexy and weight.

Some models also try to balance curvaceous figures by disproportionately altering other features, like a super small waist, or one of my peeves; what I call drum stick legs, where they are thick at the top and and become thin too quickly.

I like wide hips, but when the waist is too thin she'll look sick.

I hope that they can improve weight reduction features where we can have it all. Full size with proportionate features and more manageable weight.

* don't get me wrong, I am very happy with how sexy Yvonne is. I just still want a more voluptuous figure without any tradeoffs.

Great photos!

I too opted for weight reduction, and the stiffness in areas like the stomach is noticeable, but honestly I couldn't comfortably moving anything heavier, so it's a worthwhile tradeoff I guess. I did opt for a gel butt though, and it gives a little bit more "spring" in that region.
