Hello friends,

This thread will review the new ZELEX 175cm body and the new EXP skeleton.

The review might take days/weeks/months to complete. But it has to begin from somewhere. I will also answer all the questions about the EXP skeleton assuming within my knowledge/ability. :D

Many thanks

Currently, the biggest concern seems to be the new design neck screw. So we will address this issue first.

The neck screw is designed to support the head only. However, if the shippers shipping the doll upside down, then, the neck screw would need to support the entire body all the way.

As far as I can see, the design of the neck screw is appropriate for its function.

Attached are some photos of when the doll arrived. Same thing, it was upside down all the way.

p.s. I block the shipping info.

The other end of the box was in perfect condition. The side should be the bottom for shipping though.

She arrived home perfectly at the end.

The solution here, I would guess that ZELEX just needs to improve the packaging. I am confident they are working on it. Plus we have to assume that the doll is shipped upside down for the entire journey and the doll can still survive.

Beautiful name! She will have a happy home with you ! When she arrived in the box was her neck tucked inside? I don't see her full neck length lying inside the box...

Thanks Synthian, I think the neck screw penetrated the box during shipping. The feet had more than 1 inch from touching the end of the box on the other side. Neck and shoulders were compressed too. So we know it was likely upside down for the entire trip.

Amazing doll! She kind of reminds me of Jessica Simpson when she was at her most beautiful. Glad she made it in one piece.

I have a Zelex 155cm on the way to me so I hope she doesn't spend her whole ride upside down :?

They need to add dense foam between the top of the shoulder and he top of the box to take the load off the neckbolt area to avoid this.

Thanks ricardoqdq, agree with you, I have a few ZELEX dolls, but 175cm is super stunning, super model type with long legs.
Best of luck for your ZELEX 155cm, I am sure it will be just fine.

It has dense foam there already, reinforcing it is needed still.

We are trying to keep this thread interesting for the features of the EXP skeleton. So we are going to do the causal way and hopefully, it is entertaining at the same time. :glou:

So what does Lady Sunshine do at her new home? I think she settles down just fine.

To get your attention, :haha4:

Hello KK, this is your secret admirer (for your extraordinary artistry)
Congratulations for welcoming another beautiful Zelex lady! :multi:

[I've certainly got something to say about her unpleasant ordeal/journey 😣 and Zelex's carelessness of handling her shipment. But I'll give it a rest for a couple days.]

Sunshine appears to have adapted well in her new home. You'd better make it up to her for at least a few days though (getting her coffees, preparing her meals, even giving her massages, etc). In that first peaceful harmonious photo of hers, I could still sense a hint of resentment :? .... "Ouch! My neck is still pretty sore! 🤕"

:haha4: :haha4:

Thanks Leatherman, yes, I think the added features from the EXP skeleton can help with more expressions. We will explore more together. :glou:

Thanks Snowy Tabbert, it is great to have you around with your support. You are right, she deserves some good treatment:haha4: With patience, we will make her happy and shine even more.

High-level picture-wise, relatively, it is an easy fix with the packaging approach. The EXP skeleton and the doll are well-designed. I also noticed ZELEX replaces dolls as quickly as possible if any issues, not much to worry about really. :glou:
