Currently, the biggest concern seems to be the new design neck screw. So we will address this issue first.
The neck screw is designed to support the head only. However, if the shippers shipping the doll upside down, then, the neck screw would need to support the entire body all the way.
As far as I can see,
the design of the neck screw is appropriate for its function.
Attached are some photos of when the doll arrived. Same thing, it was upside down all the way.
p.s. I block the shipping info.

The other end of the box was in perfect condition. The side should be the bottom for shipping though.

She arrived home perfectly at the end.
The solution here, I would guess that ZELEX just needs to improve the packaging. I am confident they are working on it. Plus we have to assume that the doll is shipped upside down for the entire journey and the doll can still survive.
