Another broken Sanhui doll

I ordered my first Sanhui doll last January. I was very pleased with it until the spine broke a few months later. I did NOT abuse the doll and took very good care of this expensive item. I contacted the company through a gentleman named Mike, and he arraanged to have a replacement doll sent out. I was very happy with the replcement doll. I took even better care of the second doll to make sure nothing happened to it. But, sure enough, the second doll's spine broke yesterday. I have contacted the company again through Mike and sent pictures of the damaged doll as he asked me too. I do not know what will happen next...

Damn that's crazy.

Is this a known issue with them.

Sorry to hear this. Could you let us know how this happened? We need to know since our Flexi Edition skeleton is very strong. The doll was taken good care of as you claimed yet the damage says otherwise. Please offer more details, thanks.

Was this ever resolved? What was the cause and remedy?
