1. Ordering

I ordered my doll through Silicone Lovers and found the experience to be incredibly helpful and worthwhile. Their prices seemed to be on par with many others but their customer service was unmatched. I was given lots of information after ordering and they did a final manual check on my order when it was submitted to the factory. I have no issues with them and would order from their experts again.
The process of payment was very slick and showed up as Silvers for those who are worried about things showing up on Credit Card statements. I am not sure what the ordering experience would be if using PayPal but I am assuming that may reveal more info.

2. Shipping

Shipping was a mostly good, I ordered in August and my factory photos didn't arrive till just before the long Golden Week holiday in China. Elsa Babe didn't provide any tracking information for the China to US portion and only a FedEx number for when it finally arrived at the FedEx facility. Shipment was uneventful after arrived in FedEx's hands except for when the delivery truck drivers wanted to know what was in the box.

3. Unboxing

The box arrived with some minor blemishes but otherwise was in very good condition. After opening I found that the doll had survived shipping with only a minor blemish on the left thigh where the hands had pressed into the silicone for an extended amount of time. This blemish is disappearing slowly but still visible as of the writing of this review.

The packaging of the doll was pretty good but as others have discovered the neck was pushed forward at a severe angle and had to have the head attached to move it to where it belonged.

All accessories were individually packaged and sealed in high quality packaging. I think that Elsa Babe has the ability to seal labeled zip lock baggies with items since one of the wigs seemed to be a bit more tangled than a new one would merritt. This was no big deal though and it was easy to brush back to a nice sheen.
There was no documentation in the box to go with the doll unfortunately and it was missing two items from the August promotion but that should be fixed by the seller shortly. All in all it was fairly well boxed and there were no issues.

4. The Doll

Inspecting the doll was fascinating, I ordered the 160cm doll with three breasts for something unique. The doll was equipped with jelly breasts, jelly butt, EVO skeleton, flexible fingers, boltless standing feet and a removable vagina. There were some obvious rework spots on the doll such as under the middle breast where it looks like a hole was patched and there is a split in the right ring finger where the moveable skeleton tip is. The hole in the finger seems to be mostly from a bad hand as the fingers all move in strange directions and are not straight. These fingers seem to interfere with each other if not straight.

Another item that I have noticed is that the breasts seem to be slightly underfilled. The middle and right breast can collapse when she is on her back and have a bit of a dimple that forms. I am not sure if this is normal since I have not ordered a doll with jelly breasts before but it is slightly noticeable. They are still quite soft and when standing are not visible.

The feet have harder silicone on the soles and are very stiff which lets her stand freely if I properly support her. The joints are mostly well tightened though there are a few that are considerably looser than others which can make posing a challenge.

Speaking of loose joints the shoulder is much tighter than the collarbone joints which can make positioning her upper body a little frustrating at times but will hopefully loosen up in the end.

The fingernails and toenails are well applied along with the minor body painting that was done. While there are seams on the side they are not too noticeable and could probably be corrected with a little time and effort but I don't mind as they do not bother me.

5. The Head

Picture is right after cleaning the doll and putting her on a towel to dry. At this point she has not yet been powered so appears a bit shiny in places.

As many others have indicated the head of my doll which has a moveable jaw has a pronounced smell to it. The odor is somewhat similar to the acrid smell of uncured fiberglass or glue and after using an aquarium pump has mostly gone away.

The jaw on the other hand is quite disappointing, there is a very loud crinkling noise that comes from the jaw on the left side almost like cellophane being moved. The jaw does not stay in any position, it just moves and cannot be posed like I had hoped. In the future I will probably not go with the movable jaw version of the head.
The makeup on my doll which is Iwai Yuzuki is fantastic, she really has a great look to her and is very beautiful. Her eyes are able to be moved with some difficulty but it can be done and looks fantastic when posed properly.

The silicone skin of the head matches the body but is very thin especially in the bottom of the jaw area. It is very thin there and seems loose when I tried to use the movable jaw to see if that would work for me. The inside of the mouth seems to be well done and as I said is very quickly loosing any odors.

The head shipped with a quick connect attached, I have adjusted how much sticks out since by default the retention bearings were pretty loose. the bearing closest to the head is also mostly covered by silicone so I adjusted how much it was screwed in to make for a better fit.

6: Accessories

The doll I ordered came with many accessories such as two sets of eyes (the anime sparkle ones and sharingan eyes), extra vagina inserts, three wigs (I was expecting two), a hanging hook and head quick connect (again I was not expecting the head to have a quick disconnect already attached), minor cleaning items, a wig holder and a pair of panties and tube bra.

The clothing which was a cheap frilly set of lingere was pretty minimal and while it works I will replace it shortly. The bra was probably all that works with the three breast doll so I wasn't expecting much there. It would have been nice to get some other clothes such as a dress or skirt and blouse with the doll but this too may be difficult due to the odd nature of her anatomy.

The cleaning items have been pretty much unused and the irrigator simply is not worth using. It is of very low quality and leaks so I recommend buying something more robust if you can.

The vagina inserts are very high quality though they do each have some deformity inside. I can only imagine how difficult it is to get the detail intended here so I don't fault Elsa Babe on the effort. They are very soft and are enjoyable to use though I think if I were to order another doll I will get a non-removable version since sometimes positioning can be difficult.

The two items I was missing were the head stand, documentation, clothing (not sure if there was any for my doll) and the "Mysterious Product of Darkness" whatever that is.

7. Overall impressions

The doll is very high quality though there is a definite air of hand made to it. The fit and finish for example on the left vs right hands is very different and the packaging could use some additional revisions. The accessories are mostly of high quality and not a surprise except for the additional wig.

The vendor Silicone Lovers was amazing and did a wonderful job to set expectations and answer questions patiently.

Overall I am quite satisfied with my purchase and would order again from Elsa Babe but probably get something lighter since my doll is decently heavy.

It's a little disconcerting to hear about the blems/production flaws, but if what you experienced is the worst of the possibilities, doesn't seem too bad. thanks for the review, could you tell more about the gell butt option? Is it really soft and does it transition smootly to the other parts wich are default silicone? I think it's a pretty needed option for Elsa Babe which are normally on the hard side for the legs

The gel butt is amazing. The ultra soft silicone that I ordered while soft is pretty firm when pressing down. This is not the case on her butt though, that is nice and supple. While not nearly as soft as the breasts is it still very pleasant to touch and grab. I highly recommend the jelly butt upgrade since it makes cuddling the the doll more enjoyable.

As a follow up to my comment about the blemishes, I posted one of the pictures in the original posting along with pictures of the finger structure not being well made on the right hand. I am also attaching in this reply the picture of the hole in the right ring finger that lets the "bone" poke out. It should be able to be patched with some silicone glue but I would have hoped that this kind of defect would be caught.

Lastly I am attaching the weird blemish under the middle breast. It seems odd but could just be where they filled in the jelly substance and then sealed up the hole in a place that people would not notice. I only mention this too because the breasts are a little underfilled and can collapse at certain angles.

For the movable chin, I checked EB's video again and it does seem to match your experience with the jaw not staying open (person is applying force on the cheeks to keep it open). Maybe they designed it only for oral use. I am reconsidering whether to get that option now.

Also sorry to hear you had a number of QC problems. For the sound in your head's left jaw, I wonder if silicone (or some other material) is stuck in the hinge.

For the finger poke, are the articulated fingers not capped? If so, would be a shame since that's a lesson many manufacturers already learned to fix.

Production time took around 1 full month to get pictures, I had my order submitted on August 22nd and pictures for approval arrived on September 27th. Shipment was probably affected by Golden Week but took around 11 days in total to get from China to the USA.

The jaw noise is strange in my opinion. It really does sound like there was something in the mold that was not supposed to be there when the head was created.

As for the fingers, they are very soft since I did opt for the Ultra Soft Silicone. I agree that using a finger cap would have been a good idea and maybe Elsa Babe can incorporate that in future dolls that use the moveable fingers. I am going to try and repair it with some silicone but may also cap the sharp bits before doing so just to give it more of a chance to stay nice.

11 days seems pretty long when expedited shipping is the default now. Was it a backlog or did you get tracking before Golden Week started and it just sat at one location during the holidays?

From what I understand there is a preliminary boxing that takes place then they send it to a shipping handler for actual shipment. My doll would have shipped on September 28th at the earliest but that was already one day into the Harvest Festival (September 29 - October 1) which would have been immediately followed by the Golden week holiday. I believe that it was delayed due to these two back-to-back holidays since there were many others that would have handled the shipment besides Elsa Babe. Tracking for the shipment was supplied on October 5th with the delivery on the 14th. The tracking did not show up with any details since it was FedEx until October 12th which was when FedEx had the doll in their posession. So from China to US it would be September 28th - October 12th.
