What do you want from sex doll beside sex?

Put it this way, the only thing I don't need from a doll is sex.

I expect that I don't feel like I'm lacking or have any complexes when I'm in the company of a really beautiful woman.
I am expecting to feel more comfrtable and without hopelessness when I am staing with very attractive female partner or friend.
Doll should accept more and understand more than normal partner, not only in sex but in normal life. I dont need to do everything for her, she can do everything for me.

Comfort and emotional warmth. Talk to them about your day in bed before sleeping and just snuggle then making sure the bed sheets cover ‘em . They make us feel better when we can just vent out things about the everyday life.

Cook & clean.


I would love if i can use a remote or an app so she ca pose herself and not have to do all the work.

This is an interesting topic, sure to raise a very wide range of responses. I am very happy that this community is open-minded and non-judgmental about different views.

Here's my story, which is both an answer to your question, and a touch of sex doll history starting in the 1980s...

Since I was a teenager, I had a fascination with attempting to simulate a woman's body. I never had trouble meeting girls and having fulfilling-enough relationships. But even the best relationships were always a little short of my sexual fantasies. So I tried to create simulations that could create physical sensations to spark my imagination. My simulations were pretty bad -- I stuffed pillows into cloth bags to simulate butt cheeks. I found foam cylinders and wrapped them with cloth to simulate legs. I got bras and attached balloons inside to simulate breasts. I tried various ways to connect all of these together. It's kind of embarrassing to admit this now! But hey, it was the 1980s, so there were not many good options. I tried porn, but gave up on it before I was 17. The scenarios and women in porn never matched my imagination. My preference was to imagine my own scenes, and then use those cloth simulations to sort of "sharpen" the images in my mind. The sex dolls available back then were no help. I remember, my friend down the street in 1982 had a blow-up doll, and I preferred my cloth simulations!

As I got older, my simulations got better, but not too much. Then in 1997, news broke out about RealDolls, and I was amazed. Within a few months, I was one of the first people to own a RealDoll. It definitely allowed me to have something physical to match my imagination. Visually, it did help. But the body was too "hard" and the skin was not right, so too much of it interrupted imagination. I bought and sold 2 different RealDolls between 1998 - 2001. Then I decided the current state of silicone sex dolls was not for me. But I never stopped thinking how RealDolls actually went at least part of the way to what I wanted.

I somehow wandered back into the sex-doll scene again in 2018, and I was amazed at what had changed. Suddenly, there were lots of dolls, not just RealDolls. But as I researched them, I saw that many of them still had the old limitations of RealDolls. But I was keeping a close eye for when these dolls crossed over a bit more.

Then, just a few weeks ago, I again checked in on the sex-doll scene, and suddenly I see several "hyper-realistic" dolls that appear to finally get that balance right of visuals with tactile stimulation. I've now started to seriously look for a doll, and have narrowed my choices down to 3 different models.

For me, a sex doll falls into a hazy middle ground. My imagination is always the driver for my fantasies. But I want a doll that has enough realistic tactile and visual simulation to spark that imagination and aid it.

We'll see how it goes when I get my next doll!

I'm a writer by trade, so I use mine as props for a creative outlet - I've got an ongoing story thread around Amber, my main Zelex Inspiration 170, and the life she leads.

It's taken on a fun little life of its own and it's motivated me to learn some skills I've actually found useful in some of the things I do professionally.

Not that I'm going to argue this hobby is productive, on balance, because I got into dolls after being totally and completely exasperated with the low quality of the single women out there and I really just wanted to have some eye candy and something of a female touch around the house. Probably would have been better long term to keep plugging away in the dating scene, but I...just...can't right now.

I have a lot of trouble finding dolls below 25kg that aren't also either scaled-down versions of taller women, or just super petite women with comically large breasts (probably to stave off any questions about age. )

These are two problems for me that are sort of related - first, my preferred body type is a short woman (140-150cm) that has realistic proportions for a short woman - which tends to mean a fuller-looking waist than a taller woman.

Based on an informal browsing of the shortest pornstars (ignoring Alice Merchesi back in her prime, since she's an extreme outlier at 0.88,) you'd be looking at roughly 33 inch/83cm hips, and a waist:hip ratio of 0.7 to 0.75.

I've found a smattering of 150cm dolls that sort of fit these criteria. Even then though, only one that I found actually has a waist:hip above 0.7 and all but one are above 25kg (with the 22kg one also being the one with the lowest waist:hip at 0.64.)

Realistic proportions with out her being any heavier than a Kimber doll.

Additional bonus: No need for me to hold back while dirty talking to her or even ordering her to do stuff for me during sex. A doll also doesn't mind if I choose to add another (doll or woman) for sex. Or switch for sex between a doll, another doll/dolls and/or real women.

I could easily find me some pleasant company (be it with my friends or a random female at a bar, or even a hooker), thus to me - companionship is one thing which a doll cannot give at present. Or it can but to a very rudimentary level, which is not sufficient.
