He seems to be, usually they are on top of things here in the forum too.
It's happened before, see my "No Way To Contact Sili Doll" post a ways down on the forum page.
I checked, there are no holidays right now in China.

Yup same issue seems to either dodge my question about a doll model or won't reply or just take weeks to do so.. Maybe get a reply like the last one i got " Please note we can accommodate for both " nothing to do with my question
