Custom colored Mizuki Risa, RAD021 on 148cm body

When I ordered my most recent doll from Elsa Babe, it was part of a promotion where they ship you a second head if you post pictures of the doll online. Fortunately, TDF counts if you post photos here. ( viewtopic.php?t=181473 )
In ordering my Goblin gal, I had many features in mind. Instead of putting all of them on the same head, I tried to save costs by distributing them between two heads, instead. Emma, the head my doll shipped with had the face I wanted, but not the ears. This new head has the ears, and a definite "Anime Goblin" look to her, especially when colored green.

After posting more than enough to qualify, (I think?) I inquired about the second head promotion. They agreed, and work began on the next one.

Here are the factory photos I received while they worked to perfect the new head.

I've been sitting on those factory pics for a few weeks. The new head arrived today. I'm still collecting my thoughts on the new head, but I'll gladly share my unboxing pics, along with a few videos about concerns I have.

The box arrived un-dented, and in good condition. The head was well wrapped, and came with two extra wigs. They appear to be identical, but I haven't investigated them yet. I can only assume EB has a surplus of grey and silver wigs.

Upon opening, I had noticed that one of the eyes had become dislodged in transit. As it turns out, the silicone around the eyes is VERY thin, and isn't strong or thick enough to hold the eyes in place. The face is not well supported by the frame of the skull. In making room for those massive eyes, and the Oral chamber, there's no plastic supporting the nose and eye sockets. The face in general feels very flimsy, and is easily deformed with gentle pressure. This model of head, the RAD021, doesn't appear to have cheekbones to support the eyes, unlike my other Elsa Babe dolls. I'm not sure if this is a factory defect, or a flaw of this style of head.

On the plus side, I now have a MUCH better understanding of the assembly and arrangement of the eyes on this, and the other custom head I own. The eyes pop out easily, which made for cleaning the head with soap and water to remove the factory residue much easier. They do tend to turn and rotate very easily, which will make holding looks and expressions during sexual use challenging. Cross-eyed is one thing, an eye rotating over 90 degrees in it's socket is another.

The head is still drying, so trying out wigs, and seeing how well it integrates with the custom body remains to be seen. (I've only owned it a few hours!)

If this was the only head that came with my custom doll, I'd be upset. As it is, I'll give it a shot, and hopefully use it for creative photo shoots.

A quick look at the mouth and it's workings.

The teeth are secure, and well-fastened. My first Elsa Babe, Hanna, had teeth that weren't fully attached, and my attempts to glue them in place made oral sex with her unworkable. My second one has secure teeth, but with her nearly closed mouth, I'm afraid I'd damage her using her mouth sexually. This third one, with her already open mouth, may be right for that job..

Lastly, another look at the softness of the face. Checking my other dolls from Elsa Babe, they definitely have hard plastic acting as cheekbones to keep the eyes in place. Also, like this new one, they also have nothing supporting the bridge of the nose, which makes some sense if you need to make room for an oral cavity and can't use the throat and neck area. Just by applying gentle pressure, like you would finding own bones under your skin, it's easy to tell where the skull and jawbone are on this doll head.

Again, I don't know if this is due to a missing piece in the factory, or just how this model head is designed. I do know that I'm not overly impressed by it. Color is good, shape is good, the head looks sufficiently like a Goblin. I just worry about durability and function.

This head sells for over $800 on the Elsa Babe website. I'd be very disappointed if this wasn't a "free" promotional item.

I'm just not a huge fan of the Anime look. Or at least, this version of it. Maybe it's the lack of a proper nose, I don't know.

Anyway, she does look better with a wig, and mounted on a matching body. My inner muse is picky, and would rather focus on the other heads I own for now.

I can partially see where you’re coming from. Anime style has minimum nose showing. Comparing it to the head behind in the last pic, I can see a clear difference in terms of looking like a goblin as oppose to looking like a green skin girl.

It’s still a good job, so I hope you find a good use of it.
