However, I would rather not gamble on if a future order is an updated version or not. Even with a replacement “guarantee”, what would I do with a failed doll? It’s also not just a rare problem in the thighs as some similar rare gel leakage has occurred in the under arms from breasts gel.
Many here will be watching in the coming months to see if the design changes gets to improved quality and longevity. I know many here are very happy with their lovely gurls. I perhaps will add one of these to my sanctum but still very much in a “wait and see” status

Acknowledgement and showing you care makes all the difference in customers' satisfaction.
Example brand new cars are recalled every year for numerous reasons by manufacturers.
You rather take the knock of admitting there have been problems in design/manufacturing rather than deny and cause misinformation being spread.

Might I also suggest that if you just continue to make posts like this informing us of how you resolved these issues, instead of asking people to delete their threads after resolving individual cases (which others have reported that some manufactures do when offering compensation) (maybe in those threads, put a link to how you have resolved manufacturing/design issues), this will give people a lot of ease of mind when considering your products.
I think the majority of us understands that manufacturing is not an exact/perfect process, but if you address problems like you are doing now, and continue to stand by your products by replacing the dolls if there are defects, then the trust that you will build with customers will be invaluable!
Also do you mind speaking to the new changes you have made to the SLE dolls? How does the changes impact the softness of the doll at the buttocks/thigh (where the cracks occurred)?

(as far as I can tell, it happened after she sat on a chair for some pictures and then two more on the other side after letting her sit for a bit longer on a matras.)
I hope my issue will get resolved without to much hassle.
I'm rather surprised reading this post, as I was like totally panicking. She cost enough, the quality should be on par with the price. Especially so soon after receiving the doll. (I'm speaking in a matter of two months)
I had a gut feeling Zelex was a good company with good intentions, and this shows I was right. Phew.
