Regarding the recent issues with SLE

Recently, we have noticed that due to design issues, a small number of the first-generation SLE products have experienced cracks at the base of the thigh when bending the leg due to excessive stress on that area (this is not a material quality issue). In response, we have carefully studied the problem and modified the design of this part. After testing, this issue has been resolved in currently produced products.

Therefore, users who encounter the above issue need not worry, as we will compensate with a brand new body. Please feel assured in purchasing and using ZELEX products. If any quality issues arise during use, we will stand by our users' side, providing timely and appropriate after-sales service, because we aim to build a long-term, sustainable brand with our users! Once again, thank you for your support of the ZELEX brand!

Great news Zelex...your SLE dolls are a visually stunning range
and the few cases of splits have probably put people of from
Purchasing..(I for one have been put off)

But knowing you have taken notice and rectified the problem
and offered replacement bodies is really great news and shows your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Good to know Zelex as I will be getting my SLE160j in 2 days so this is a great relief if anything happens. Either way I'm usually careful with my girls and don't move them too much.

I commend Zelex on the announcement. Thank you for the update. Just to be clear…Zelex is saying it’s not a “material problem” but a “design” issue that has been addressed.

However, I would rather not gamble on if a future order is an updated version or not. Even with a replacement “guarantee”, what would I do with a failed doll? It’s also not just a rare problem in the thighs as some similar rare gel leakage has occurred in the under arms from breasts gel.

Many here will be watching in the coming months to see if the design changes gets to improved quality and longevity. I know many here are very happy with their lovely gurls. I perhaps will add one of these to my sanctum but still very much in a “wait and see” status

Really important announcement to do from the brand that shows openness with the issue.
Acknowledgement and showing you care makes all the difference in customers' satisfaction.

Example brand new cars are recalled every year for numerous reasons by manufacturers.
You rather take the knock of admitting there have been problems in design/manufacturing rather than deny and cause misinformation being spread.

Good job, Zelex for quickly identifying and resolving the issue. I know that with as many of the SLE dolls that are being sold, it's a very small percentage of them that were effected by this, but nonetheless, thank you so much for communicating this to all of us here at TDF. Your dolls are absolutely stunning and I couldn't be happier with my 2 SLE girls. Keep up the good work, Zelex!

Totally appreciate you action on this issue! Makes me more confident in your products.

Might I also suggest that if you just continue to make posts like this informing us of how you resolved these issues, instead of asking people to delete their threads after resolving individual cases (which others have reported that some manufactures do when offering compensation) (maybe in those threads, put a link to how you have resolved manufacturing/design issues), this will give people a lot of ease of mind when considering your products.

I think the majority of us understands that manufacturing is not an exact/perfect process, but if you address problems like you are doing now, and continue to stand by your products by replacing the dolls if there are defects, then the trust that you will build with customers will be invaluable!

Also do you mind speaking to the new changes you have made to the SLE dolls? How does the changes impact the softness of the doll at the buttocks/thigh (where the cracks occurred)?

I am one of the casualties. I have sent an email, including proof of the tears.
(which I won't post here to save a good company embarrassment as I think there have been enough of those.) Indeed, it is caused by sitting. (as far as I can tell, it happened after she sat on a chair for some pictures and then two more on the other side after letting her sit for a bit longer on a matras.)
I hope my issue will get resolved without to much hassle.
I'm rather surprised reading this post, as I was like totally panicking. She cost enough, the quality should be on par with the price. Especially so soon after receiving the doll. (I'm speaking in a matter of two months)

I had a gut feeling Zelex was a good company with good intentions, and this shows I was right. Phew.

Zelex is the best there is, hands down. Have you talked to your vendor yet? If you haven't, I would suggest reaching out to them.
