Valentina torso questions

So I have been thinking about a Valentina torso doll, but have some questions. I have seen on Valentina girls site that heads can be possibly attached to the torso type doll? If so, how is it attached and is that permanent? (I would probably do a real head option with love hole if that is the case)Also would it be possible to have a flat chested torso with probably no nipples either?(I plan to have silicone inserts inside a pocket bra for more "realistic feel and look") Do the torsos come with any inserts for the love holes or do I need to get those separately? How are the dolls shipped? As in UPS or Fedex to the USA? About how long does it take to have one made and about how much would these customizations cost if they are all possible? I would probably add other cosmetic things also. Thanks for anyone who can answer my short novel here!
