Another great experience working with Jeffrey Bloom

I've worked with Jeff now a few times since 2020, and it is always a great experience. He provides top notch customer service and hugely useful advice on decisions that need to be made as part of the buying process.
I now have 2 WM dolls and 2 Zelex (one was a replacement due to a problem that occurred with the first Zelex). Saying more about the problem, a small hole appeared on the back of the leg of the Zelex doll after about 2 months of ownership. The hole could not be patched or repaired so the mfg replaced the doll at no cost. Jeff was involved with that as well and helped make that happen.
I can't say enough good things about what it's like to have these dolls. They have definitely enhanced my quality of life on many levels. There are differences between the Zelex and WM, and I really like the features of both dolls. I would recommend either brand, and you could dive into more details on other posts here about what some of the key differences are. I don't see any of the differences as being negative in any way, they are just different.
Jeff had suggested Zelex when I got back in touch in summer 2024, rather than just replacing the WM, he suggested giving silicon a try. I'm glad he mentioned it and glad I tried that option.
For anyone considering jumping into buying a doll, I strongly recommend it! And, working with Jeff is a great way to make sure everything goes smoothly. I give both a 10+ score!
Sincerely,
PER Smith
