I use plain alcohol hand sanitizer gel. It provides the slip necessary to insert the "insert", and in a short time it will dry, killing some germs without harming the silicone. I then dust her 'area' with some Kama Sutra honey dust to eliminate the hand sanitizer scent before our next 'rendezvous'. Win/Win
