And a couple of things to answer if you can or can't get there. Everyone should answer.
1. Are you in the US or UK?
This is to determine if they're blocking incoming HTTP(S) [port 80/443] connections from the United States.
2. When did you try to go on? I mean the time of day. Not "8 hours ago" because that's too vague.
I am also emailing the webmaster through the only contact info I obtained through their WHOIS info.

OVH seemingly has shitty service just by Googling around.
It seems OVH takes down servers just for the hell of it.

I hope the company who owns Poupee2Luxe reads TDF and knows they're losing customers by using a shitty service.
NOTE: the above is only my opinion and expression of a frustrating situation. If Automattic (who hosts my website) did this to my overseas visitors, and I get notice about it, I would be pissed too!

Poupee2Luxe lost a customer. Me. They replied and said they can't ship to the United States and prevent US visitors from visiting. Pretty stupid by doing that.

I realize this is really old, but wow, I never saw it before. I've never seen one of these with makeup and eyelashes and what not. She's really pretty. I never know these had such great potential.
Also, for what it's worth the website appears to be working now in the U.S. It's in French though, which I don't understand very well- maybe I can make out about 1/3 of the words. I either didn't see or didn't make sense of anything about shipping overseas on their FAQ or anywhere else, but I'm pretty sure I've seen people stateside get them before (although not recently admitably).
