They should be solid TPE. I own one, perhaps its not a select doll from the A-line but it was made by the same source. Her boobs move wonderfully. They feel great and are def more than a handful and i have large hands!.

I thought you were going to use the old lady returning her tire to Discount Tire, where they say if your not happy, feel free to bring it back, though you cannot see her boobs moving really when she throws it through the window.
