I ordered, over, a week ago. My order is still in "processing" state. I've dropped two messages asking for an update for this company. I've heard nothing back, period.

I understand the holiday season, but not answering a question...an inquiry about a timeframe, or what's happening....very unacceptable.

Beginning to think that I have been swindled.

In which country do you reside? Different countries have different laws and processes.

By the way, check your spam/junk mail folder, just to be sure.

I live in the US. Yes, I have checked my spam. I thought that same thing...that it just might be weird coming from Hong Kong.

It is just strange when a site says "ships in 3 days". That, normally means...3 days. And to only see that the order is processing after a week....does not help me at all. Lol

No, I bought it through the mysiliconelovedoll.com site. Interestingly, I just received an email with a tracking number. Apparently, she has been on the move since Friday.

The order status on the site, still processing. I guess I need to learn how to understand what one word means, but...it seems to me that there are so many other words...perhaps... shipping...would be a good status to add to the site. LOL

At least I can track her now!!!

So, I guess this is a caution to them, and all buyers...you won't get the type of updates you might expect when you check a site...

Welcome to the forum, congratulations on your purchase, and it's great you can track her now! When Sanae was shipped, I was checking 3-4 times per day in nervous anticipation!

I can't find anything serious negative about this site online. Nor can i find anything serious positive. But keep in mind that is is a very busy time of the year, especially for postal services.

Everything I found was positive enough for me. I became concerned when I checked the site and it showed my order in processing state for over a week. The site states that they will ship within 3 days of your order. Even with the holidays, she should been moving earlier than she did...but...what really got me annoyed was a lack of communication. I asked for two updates last week, and only got a tracking number, not really an answer to the question. I can, easily, understand delays, etc...nothing is perfect. But, when I ask a question...just tell me the truth...I'll be fine with that.

It's understandable to be excited and it often seems nothing goes right till you have your doll in your arms. Where you can control her destiny.
Follow the tracking on the shipping company's tracking site.
It's a very exciting time, hope all goes well.

Experiencing the same thing here, Been processing for over a week. This was a stock doll, no custom stuff and their web site does state fast shipping. I thought this sale stock doll would be an overstock item ready to ship immediately, but I was wrong.

I received tracking info but it looks like China customs has seized the shipment. The whole experience with MSLD has been like a trip to the dentist. I wonder if all vendors are this shady? Tried PMing here and emailing through web site and replying to emails from customer support. Heck of a way to do business, especially with the dollar amounts involved.

I just bought a doll from MySiliconLoveDoll on Dec 15.

I can tell you that every email was answered in regards to my questions or concerns. The CS was very courteous. I received her on Jan 4th.

The only issue I had was I received the tracking number on the day of delivery so was totally caught off guard.

I haven't order yet, but have been sending questions by email, the response time is not good.

I can imagine the feeling after ordering and not getting updates...
At least I can see there are stories here with a good ending (or beginning?)

Something to consider if I finally order on MSLD
