The sex is good doggie style, missionary is difficult because of the position of the vagina. It needs to come forward and be moved down a bit in future castings in my opinion. You definitely need to use a heating blanket to get the dolls temperature up if you are going to sleep, snuggle or have sex with them. TPE is usually very cool to the touch and sometimes really cold.
