The 156C is a good size I believe. She is a girls size 8 waist and a girls size 10 top. There are a lot of teen/adult style fashions in that size on amazon and ebay. A 28C, 28D, 30C, and some 30D Bras fit great. A little more waist would be nice for garter belts as they tend to be a bit loose.
