The Dolly Dearest Blog

I have decided to create a blog focused on TPE sex dolls. This blog will be focusing on my own dolls. I will upload videos, pictures and as much useful information as I can get my hands on. I will be testing clothes and other accessories with my TPE test piece. This is for entertainment as well as spreading awareness and information to those who are new to TPE dolls. That is why I am including the "Beginner's guide for TPE dolls" which I wrote when I was working for My Silicone Love Doll. Yes, I am "Danny". I have also added more to this guide since then. So I am not plagiarizing anyone. I just wanted to make that clear.

The reason why I haven't told people that I worked for MSLD, is that I don't want to be labelled as "affiliated" to any manufacturer or vendor. But, I only worked for them for 2 months in 2016 and another 2 months in 2017. I am no longer employed by them or any other vendor or manufacturer. As I said in a thread before, when I posted the beginner's guide the first time - I don't mind if you use it for your own website or anything, I just want the information to reach out to as many people as possible. If you're already an expert, you may not learn much from me. But hopefully you will find my blog entertaining.

I'm hoping that many of you will support me and check out my blog from time to time. I will try to post as much as possible. I have a couple of videos and a bunch of TPE test piece experiments prepared. Will be posting every other day or so. I will not double post everything on TDF, since that would just give you no reason to visit my blog.

I have never made a blog or any other kind of website before. So don't expect a professionally made website. It's a pretty simple one, made for free. Any feedback is appreciated. Helpful suggestions and constructive criticism are welcome. Anything you think I should add, change or remove? Let me know. Consider this my beta test.

More things will be added later on. Like the Links section. I have plans for this, it's just not done yet. But for now, my dolls will introduce you to our new blog. The song I added to the video at first, was Cyndi Lauper - Girls just want to have fun, I thought it was suiting. But when you post videos on YouTube, there's always the copyright issues. So I have to choose from YouTube's own music. Sorry about that.

And finally, here's the link to my new blog:

Yours truly,
Dolly Dearest

Wonderful idea! We need this kind of outreach to people who may not yet be part of the hobby.

Looking forward to reading it! Best of luck to you!

Thanks for your comments.

I just posted my Elf ears experiment which I posted on TDF a couple of weeks ago. On every post it says "Read more" and you have to click it to see the entire post. I want to see all posts entirelly at once, so that you can scroll through all of it without having to click anywhere. Also, when you click on "Read more" on one post, the other post disappears. I don't know how to change this. It's annoying.

And you were worried no one would see it in this section...68 views already and a few replies...not too bad for a Wednesday mate!

I'm actually going to make a lot more videos from now on. Not just photo stories. Videos of my dolls dressed up. Instructional videos. How to do this and that with your dolls. Helpful videos for beginners. For example, I recently got a request on how to safely place your doll on her side, so that you can spoon with her, without breaking fingers, nails, legs, neck, nose... you name it.

Just made a new post on my blog.

I'm dying for some feedback from you guys... and ladies... and dolls.

Is the text too small when you try to read it on your laptop or on your Iphone maybe?
Is there something you would like to see on my blog, something you feel is missing right now?
I have ideas of upcoming videos and I have a bunch of clothes to show off. But I would like to get some ideas and suggestions from you too. So don't be shy.

I'm going to try to make a post every 2-3 days from now on.

might just be me but i cant read white text on a black background for too long as my eyes go funky after and it starts to strain a bit. looking good so far though

maybe an idea for content could be to show the movement that dolls are capable of. kinda whats normal and what could be damaging. i see posts often popping up with stress tears

Thanks for the feedback!

I don't experience any discomfort reading white text on black background. :|
If more people mention this, I will have to consider changing it. But for now, I will just hope that it's only you.

Hmm, there are already so many videos made by various vendors, that show the possible movements of the dolls. But there might be something to it. The YL150 is very special. Her boobs are so heavy that I keep her lying in a certain position, to avoid tearing in between her boobs. I could make a video about that. :)

Videos of Boobarella reading the phonebook would make for compelling viewing! :)

In all serious, a tutorial on how you dress her would be very instructive. You'd want to frame the shots as as to maintain your anonymity (back to the camera, or with your face out of the shots), but show the steps needed to manipulate her limbs (do you also remove her head first?), put on/take off her clothes, and make her look her best. It would help current or future YL150 owners to understand the care and protocols involved.

Who the hell owns a phonebook these days? :haha4:

That's not a bad idea. I have purchased a very cheap and pretty cool mask recently, so that I can make videos and hide my face.

I have actually never removed Booberella's head. Since it's a WM head on a YL body, it does fit but it's very tight. So when I screwed it on, it did take some extra effort. If I were to screw it on and off on a regular basis, I'm sure it would cause stress to the neck area. So I avoid this at all cost. So far, I haven't needed to remove her head anyway.

The problem with making a dressing video is that it usually takes quite some time to dress them. Takes me 1 minute to dress myself. But it can take half an hour to dress a doll, depending on the clothes. If I made a video where I dress her, I would probably rush it so that the video wouldn't be too long - and end up hurting her. But I will certainly consider it. There might be some clothes that are fast to put on. You should have seen me the very first time, trying to put on a pair of regular socks on Vanessa's feet... man, I felt so handicapped. 8O It is a learning curve, I can tell you that.
