Great info but I need to ask about the mineral oil part. I presume I shouldn't go to drain some oil from my car's engine? Can you link something that is "intended" for this use? I can find everything else from a local shop without much looking.

The doll owner must ensure, that there is no opening from the
- vagina and anus canal to the inner of the doll / to the metal skeleton
- mouth canal to the inner of the doll head (mostly the end is only closed with a small TPE piece that is not welded)
If that is given you can treat all doll orifices the way you described it.
For the mouth canal 1 tampon is enough.
Additional information to you about alcohol and disinfection cleaners based on alcohol / ether.
TPE used for TPE dolls is absorbing it.
Therewith you are transporting killed bakteria and germs inside the TPE structure.
And as described before, it is harming TPE over time, some blends do have a better resistance and some blends have a very low resistance.
Hydrogen peroxid is not able to penetrate TPE and silicone, it is only hydrogen and oxygen.
It works on the surface and is washing away the killed sperms, bakteria and germs.
Hydrogen peroxid 3% is
3% H2O2
97% H2O
Hydrogen peroxid 70% is
70% H2O2
30% H2O
It doesn't matter what the concentration of H2O2 is, it is not able to penetrate the TPE.
The 3% concentration is the safiest (it is not dangerous goods) and does the disinfection.

Thanks for this. I realized screwed up on my other ladie following this guide. But she seems ok. But now I read other post telling not to use baby oil/Mineral oil for at least 2 months. I'm confused. Will just follow this guide and ignore. Thank's again:)

This is a great guide! I'm wondering though, should I oil and powder the face/head as often as the body? How long will the factory applied makeup last?

A Coles note version from what I gather: wash the doll with spray bottle with a mix of water and hand soap, roughly 5:1 ratio. Use a sponge to wipe, pat down. Apply baby powder and mineral oil (baby oil ok) treatment. Wash doll well before oiling though. Maintain doll by applying Nivea cream or vaseline in high stress areas. Apply baby oil on body to maintain.
As a newby I found this post helpful but had a a few follow up questions:
- If Nivea cream is so good in high stress areas, why not apply everywhere?
- Makeup: I want use lip gloss and eye shadow- any do's or dont's? What do I use to remove- just soap and water?
- How does the baby oil for maintaining go away? Does it all just absorb?

Nivea, I prefer Vaseline myself, is rather thick and takes a very long time to absorb. Putting it all over would be rather messy and counter productive as too much oil is just as bad as no oil at all and can greatly weaken TPE. Just a thin smear of Nivea/Vaseline on stress areas once a month or so and baby oil rub every 3 to 4. Baby oil takes a few hours to absorb into the TPE and will feel sticky until lightly powdered. I usually let mine sit overnight before powdering. Question about soap:
we want to avoid all vegetable oils like coconut. Not so easy to do. How about animal fat? That's originally what soap was made from, and I don't know if technology has really moved away from that. Any brand recommendations for liquid soap?
I read a great thread about mineral oil: we want Vaseline with one ingredient, (mineral oil, which might be listed as many different chemical names) and baby oil with 2 (mineral oil + perfume is as pure as it gets)
