This is good news and it needs to be a priority. You could take one of your existing mature faces such as this from your 165cm doll:

and scale it down to fit the 100cm dolls.
If you skim the forum, you will find big/huge breasts are not for everyone
, but for those who are breastmen, at it's price point this doll screams "buy me," and I suspect it will quite successful, especially with the face of a 20 year old babe.
Or, perhaps its just the gravitational pull from those boobs dragging my hand towards the "buy" button.
