Hi,

It had been a long time since I had posted here.
As I see, Yuri has still created many beauties, all unique and according to the desires of the customers.
Here, Evelyne has arrived for more than a year and the cohabitation with my TB / TBD and my army of Phicen is going very well.

Waiting for a textile doll may be long, but it's worth it.

I do not want to pollute this thread : but, attention, some guys compare the textile dolls with other dolls. I think it's impossible because they are really produced by an artist and not in an industrial way. What is certain is that it takes many hours of work and the asking price is quite reasonable. Sure that, the technique and design are very specific and for my part, I know exactly how they are made. I have no problem with that, the important thing is not how they are built, but what look the end result. And the result is always beautiful.

Take care of your textile dolls and do not let them read anything and everything at TDF ! otherwise they might ask strange questions...
For Evelyne, I've found the solution :mrgreen:

Happy Christmas to all dolls and doll's fans :x-mas:

I have to admit I was expect a 3 month turn around for my TDoll , during my first enquiries that was what I was quoted, when I made the order Yuri quoted 6-8 weeks from when they start making her to when she would be finished, but they pulled out all the stops from order to completion was like 17 days xD I thinks she looks great (struggling to get her right now as it’s christmas and funds are low xD) I can’t wait to meet her :D I thinking either Ashley or Kira for her name , I’ve still not desided that one yet and I might get her a new auburn mid length straight wig I’m still not sure I’ve got to finishing paying for her first xD

Happy New Year to you Yuri and Thanks :) I've only just seen this post, it didnt pop up in my thread tracker....
To those that can compair or have experience;
What is the best way to clean a textile doll? What sort of cleaning products are ok to use? can she be showered/bathed? that sort of thing (would it be the same do's and don'ts as a Teddy Babe?)
I know TB's are plush and TDoll's are fabric but would the maintenance be the same?
if not any hints and tips would be great :D
Cheers

@JustinBridou
I'm impressed at how well Evelyne sits in the chair .... my Yomi is 10 and she still has a bit of trouble with chairs ;P

Cleaning using a small amount of soap and water. As an ordinary fabric. Nothing complicated ....

Ah yes! sorry for not replying. stuff and things get in the way xD
I still don’t have her yet, money’s been super tight a lot more then it
should have been so I’ve had to put her on hold and save up again....
I’ve sorted out a deal with Yuri and I’m hoping to have things sorted
ASAP.
I hate it when home/homelessness gets in the way but you have to
do what you can I’m still getting settled in and hope to bring Kira(her name)
Into my new home soon :D
