SM Doll and Vivid Doll Collaboration Announcement!

Vivid Doll are pleased to announce some new and exciting news!
Last year I contacted one of the largest doll manufacturers in China called SM Doll and was immediately impressed with the owner Mr Chen, and his openness, sensible business approach and engineering proficiency.
Vivid Doll and SM Doll’s management, spent the whole month of September 2017 at the factory in China learning each other’s needs and aspirations, discussing issues, coming to agreements and understandings regarding engineering, design and marketing.
As a result of a great deal of hard work and more than one late night! Both parties have come to an agreement that will be mutually beneficial to all concerned. We also hope, that this collaboration will provide a quality product at a reasonable price for all of our friends on the TDF forum and around the world.
We are confident that 2018 will be a great and productive year for our collaboration. Going forward Vivid Doll designs are going to be exclusively manufactured by SM dolls.
We are confident that our work together has resulted in some of the beautiful and desirable dolls made to a high quality.
SM Dolls will be making their world debut as the manufacturer of the dolls that we have created and Vivid Doll will be working more on the design and marketing.
Our Joint mission statement is as follows -
• To deal with our customer base with honesty and integrity
• To produce and delivery a quality product
• To have new and interesting designs coming to market regularly
• To have a good level of customer service
• To create brand loyalty and repeat customers
• To be open to constructive customer feedback, to, drive improvements into production, design and marketing logistics.
My role going forward will be to bridge the gap that exists between Western markets needs and aspirations and the Chinese manufacturing disciplines.
We hope our joint effort will benefit our doll communities for years to come.
