Right. She's a A-cup. That may not be helping.

I find it sad that this should even be an issue but apparently doll manufacturers will produce anything just to make a few bucks... they need to check themselves or the entire industry could be extinguished from existence.

I don't want to violate Rule #4. But, at this point, the saddest part to me is the misguided attempt to help children when there's no evidence that owning a young doll increases a person's risk of molesting an actual child. We know violent video games don't lead to committing actual violence against people.

I also am quite worried about the prohibition of dolls that are in the grey area of perceived age. A lot of us like Asian faces on our dolls. Western people perceive Asian faces as a lot younger than their chronological age. I've been to Asia many times (and am about to move there permanently). Can't tell you how many times I am talking to some clerk or worker who says something about starting grad school (meaning they are 24-ish) and I was thinking that they were about 14.

I'm in Indiana. The legal age of consent is 16 here. So, I'm wondering if the morality police were to confiscate my full-size doll with an Asian face if the standard for indecency would be such that I wouldn't get busted or if this new CREEPER law would mean that I am at risk. I agree with others who have said that there needs to be clarification so that the law isn't ambiguous.

The evidence that they are holding up to justify the move (that 85% of child doll owners busted had child porn on their computers) confuses correlation with causality. Lots of things are correlated strongly but have not causal relationship. For example, eating ice cream is strongly associated with drowning. Why? Because people swim and eat ice cream a lot more when there is hot weather and avoid both when it's cold. But, jailing ice cream eaters won't save a single person from drowning.

Our biggest problem with this bill is that we doll owners who own adult-looking dolls have absolutely no political power. The social taboo against owning a doll will keep us silent and the emotional and moral anti-doll position will easily prevail.

Keep in mind that the CREEPER bill is not a law. The wording is very vague and is asking to prohibit the importing of childlike sex "robots'. Robots are not defined and many people are saying that this will not pass because of the vagueness in the bill. There's a lot of great things about TDF. Unfortunately one of the not so great things is the paranoia that can be spread here with this issue. The WM 100cm dolls used to be my biggest sellers, I could count on at least six or more sales per month, I can't tell you the last time I sold one, it's been months. This is too bad. I feel this drop in sales for these doll is directly related to the confusion here and on other forums about buying small dolls. Bottom line here is- If you live in the US, anything goes. I've mentioned this before on other threads. I've never had an issue with importing small dolls, small breasted dolls of any size or any other kind of doll to the US. If you live in other countries know the laws and if there is vagueness in those laws and restrictions ask for clarity or order a larger doll.

As Joininin points out correlation doesn't me causation. I can't tell you how many times I've heard that in my psychology classes. Unfortunately, law makers don't look at the evidence because there is no evidence in this area so it makes this battle even worse. This is why more research needs to be done in this area and that's why I'm taking steps do the research and get the results out to the public which includes these clueless lawmakers.

There have been issues importing the smaller DS Dolls into the US. Also there are known issues importing underage looking dolls in Canada, Australia and UK.

The bill did pass the House and was sent to the Senate. If they pass it, too, it will be the law.

I just bought a smaller 6YE doll. She has big breasts and looks like an adult, but may have issues importing to the US?

Does anyone know of legit looking dolls stopped at Canada customs because of size or height, I guess companies in specific?....or I heard under 140cm being stopped at the boarder, would hate to order then have to deal with that whole thing!

Jeezus!
This thread has been going on for too long now and it is getting annoying.
If you are so worrying that your doll might get seized by customs, then order the head separately.
Thank you and Goodnight!
