In my opinion, there's no shortage of "mature" full-size dolls. However, there's many buyers interested in owning a small, easy to carry, clean and store mini doll in the 100cm 20-25lb. range. Many interested buyers live with others and/or have roommates and would like a smaller doll that's easily concealed, BUT, don't buy existing 100cm dolls because the faces of dolls in that size range are too young looking for their taste and comfort. If a manufacturer had the courage to make an unmistakably mature faced, proportionally scaled-down (not with proportionally over-sized head that makes the doll look bizarre) doll with ample full-breasts, I believe they'll do quite well--and more important, avoid unwanted attention from customs in the west (customs in USA seems to be more concerned with "age appearance" than size).

It would be great if a manufacturer had the courage to make a truly "Mature" mini doll in the 20-25lb 100cm size with nice full breasts with a face like this:
