Can I cut around a tpe doll insert. It's just too tight and I can't figure out to slide in properly. Is there any way I can make the opening wider without completely destroying the insert. Can I cut around the inside of the insert.

It's probably a bad idea since once nicked it will tend to spread when stretched.

But then again if the insert is useless to you, you don't really have much to lose.

You may need some lube when inserting it.
Option:I used to try TOMAX uterus on my doll and it just fits well and feels well.Maybe it is possible for you too.

Spray her hole and the insert with rubbing alcohol or ethanol. Slides right in and stays put.

Ah, now I see its and old post. Oh well.

The way I read it right he was talking about modifying the insert because he - himself - couldn't slide into it.

Or in other words to make the inside of the insert larger.

If not, then maybe I gave bad advice.

Yes, I did this with my YL insert a few years ago and it has worked a lot better since doing so. Just makes it easier for my missile to hit the target.
You will need a pair of new or really sharp scissors and a bit of patience as the insert material isn't easy to cut. But just cut a little at a time and you will be good to go.

Hi, I have had the same problem and solved it very easily.
Invert your insert, take a sharp scissor and make two lenghtwise cuts a few mm deep.
The feeling is much better than before and you come in easily.
