Hi,

this is a follow-up to the PQC Report: Sanhui 165 Plus - updated version, mark 1. The full Unboxing will follow in a couple of weeks, but here is a preview:

Sanhui released the first pictures of the textured skin feature, announced months ago.

Here is how this new silicone skin will look like on updated versions of the Sanhui SH-165 Plus:

Is there a plan to apply this skin technique to all of the Sanhui bodies?

This looks like some serious improvement over the shiny skin we see on some other models.

The effect appears magical and one can only anticipate that it will add significant tactile delight to the experience.

I finally had the chance to see this new textured up close, and I agree that it is a seemingly inconspicuous, but in the evoked effect major improvement. The way Sanhui made the skin texture is very restrained; it does not look like acne or coarse pores, which is definitely good.

I just made a refence post for the Sanhui 16x #1 head mk.2 ›Addeline‹ with some more pictures. To see the texture, you need to open the photos in high-res and check the depth of field around the eyes and on the sides of the nose. It is very well done, and yes, I thing this is a milestone in regard to the haptics of silicone dolls.

And here is another detail I'd like to point out. This is how the hand looks like:

There are nor glued-on finger nails. Everything you see is silicone and silicone pigments. This is absolutely amazing, because Sanhui managed to sculpt silicone finger nails. Have a look at the thumbnail in the photo above. It's all silicone!

Another closeup of the finger nails. There is nothing that could fall off or what could tear you or your doll's skin.

It's another detail that proves how skilled Sanhui is mastering to work with silicone, and it demonstrates an impressive levl of detail Sanhui is paying attention to. Small details like this are just superb - I haven't seen this anywhere else done with a similar level of perfection!

wow the silicone fingernails are a neat idea. definitely better than possible issues with hard nails breaking out causing damage to the doll.

I recently bought precisely that model (Sanhui 165 +) at DollStudio and it will normally be delivered next week (on my birthday

).

First many thanks to Sandro which patiently guided me, through multiple emails, i had so many questions (it will be my 1st doll) : silicone vs TPE, considered usage (sex / photography / "virtual friendship", ...), he gave me also very honest warnings about possible issues : unreliable quality with some manufacturers, doll weight, eventual restrictions on sexual usage, ...

The ordering was a bit slowed down because Sanhui had apparently just changed the manufacturing process for the 165+, there was a lot of uncertainty about which model i would get, but finally Sanhui confirmed the new one : new skeleton, new textured skin, new head with movable eyes, softer silicone for jiggling breast (and presumably buttocks). So, i'm a very lucky man to get, for the same price as a standard TPE doll, a high quality and particularly beautiful silicone model. Sandro said it all in http://www.dollforum.com/forum/viewtopi ... 27&t=77854 , If Sanhui keeps manufacturing quality and the level of detail shown in the head on the long run, they are not just closing up to Doll Sweet - they rapidly go beyond and everything here says "world class". .

I will certainly post my experience as a first time doll user (perhaps would it be more appropriate in the forum dedicated to Sanhui ?).

Here's another positive surprise from this shipment.

This is the outfit Sanhui selected for their tall girl:

Obviously, clothing is very much a matter of personal taste, but for me, this outfit is the most beautiful I have ever seen coming as factory outfit for a doll. It is as well playful as precious looking, and it fits ›Addeline‹ like a glove.

Also, Sanhui added a 2nd outfit (a body). I did not take pictures of it, but I hope we will see some next week when the doll is delivered…

Again, in regard to paying attention to detail, Sanhui really scores in this case. They did not just pick a cheap random dress as a 'gift', but carefully selected something I'd buy for real money without thinking twice.
