Gorgeous doll! My wife's butt and hips are 44" and I think she's on the small side. I realize there are weight and material constraints to making a doll, however, I'm waiting for one that's over 42". I I do love really wide hips and small waist.

Yes, we can change the areola size and/or nipple color either darken or lighten it without issue, so that is doable.
