WM 170 M cup, from Missouri to England
WM 170 M cup, from Missouri to England
The cardboard box she arrived had a gash in it. I suspect the plastic tie that was used to secure it had cut into the cardboard. Fortunately the box held together in transit, all the way to my bedroom. Imagine the awkwardness if the box broke in transit!
Enjoy her pics.
I've spotted a manufacturing issue - the flesh on her arms aren't well designed like on the other WM dolls. When the arm is bent the flesh folds go funny, look at the pics. It's as if someone inexperienced had designed this doll! Why can't WM consistently improve upon the dolls from one design to the next? Her boobs, bum, hips and legs are vastly improved from the WM 161 and WM165 (overly skinny). How is it that the arm flesh design has taken a retrograde step?

When will there be better standards for shipping?

something like dolls or mannequins. It's easy, inexpensive and it works
extremely well. Saving on one damage claim would pay for the setup.

Thank you, I didn't know what the product was called.Mark Spencer wrote:It seems to me that Foam-In-Place should be standard for packaging

Agree completely. Not only would the cost be recouped by fewer damage claims, but also increased sales to people who right now do not feel comfortable paying $1,500+ for a doll because they have no faith that their purchase will reach them intact.
Those added sales, which would not otherwise occur, would make up the investment.
Considering how popular unboxing photos are on the Forum, dolls packed via Foam-in-Place or other professional methods will serve as free advertising for those vendors/manufacturers who employ them.

just a PU foam resin in a bag.. so the costs are pretty reasonable.
They could even make standard sized inserts ahead of time and then lay the
model in it for packing. Little video at the end shows how easy it is to do.

I'd try warm towels, oil and a long massage.CinnamonLover wrote: Anyone have tips on how they would handle butt re-shaping?
But.. you're probably talking about the doll.
ok, I'd try the same thing.
As for the foam and the 'meditation chamber' .. could you lay down a second
piece of memory foam that stops in the middle of the back and picks up again
at the back of the thighs? That would allow the butt to rest in a hollow without
any pressure. The gravity and lack of pressure may help.
