There are lots of technical challenges involved in robotics but the one I haven't seen any info on is amplification of Harmony's voice.
I'm curious about how many speakers are used, their size, where on Harmony's body they're mounted and whether there's an audio out jack for connection to an external sound system.
The vocal sound quality is very good on the videos I've seen but I don't know how it was recorded or if it sounds that way when heard firsthand.
I'm interested in knowing to what extent the amplification of Harmony's voice is aurally similar to the sound of a human voice.
Right now I am using an outside bluetooth speaker, volume controlled by my Ipad with the app. When the Heads start to ship, they are going to have speakers in the head for sound out. You will still control volume thru your device...
