When I received my Doll with head #056-1 the threaded post was broken. I contacted Mia and she shipped a new head to my ASAP. It took about three days and my beautiful girl arrived. The make up was outstanding and I even got the newer quick change post. Absolutely the best service from Your Doll and Mia.
