During the process when all the projects were still in progress, we upgraded and improved the packaging of our products. This might mean that the team realized the importance of packaging while completing the projects and decided to make improvements to enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of our products.

You are obviously committed to innovation. That's one of the reasons I bought from you and not anyone else. It's great to see that you are not leaving any part without innovation. Even the packaging.

I feel making better packaging for shipping is a huge deal that needs to be updated. I’ve seen many horror stories where dolls were damaged by mishandling, even at a minor infraction, such as shipping storing face down, or neck down if vertical.

Please find a way not only to soften the impact trauma caused, but please find a way for the breasts not to be damaged when left face down.

These are huge improvement that would be relatively easy to fix I would think. By doing so, it would be a huge nod in your favor regarding purchases.

I watched the video. I felt bad knowing there was a girl inside, but I was amazed at how protected she was. But I think the video doesn't show how much foam you really pour inside. It looks like you are only putting a little, but it either expands dramatically, or you keep on pouring it... But it's certainly impressive!

It's expanding foam. It puffs up very quickly and fills the remaining space. You can see at one point in the video they remove the foam after it's expanded and set.

edit: It's probably a different product to this, but it works much the same as what you see in this video. Which is why they wrap and seal the box quickly.

That's what I thought. I was just never aware of how little you need to put in for it to expand that much...

Yeah it's absolutely crazy. There is next to no time before it puffs up. It's also possible to dissolve it to basically nothing with the right solvent. Well, you end up with a nasty chemical mess, but it takes up no space

It'd be really useful to have that for repackaging a used doll to sell, but I guess a single person might not be able to get the doll in and sealed up in time.
