No response when sending PM or email

Does anyone else having problems getting a response from Angel Kiss? I sent questions on both PM here and an email, but response since Sunday.

Should I be worried if there's absolutely no communication from the reps through PMs and email? Why are they so quiet?

So, you're saying that it's been about a week? Depending on the issue(s), it might take awhile for a vendor to reply because of inconvenient things like the international date line, etc. Generally, if the question can be addressed by the vendor the answer will be delivered promptly. However, if they have to consult the manufacturer it could take several days- especially there's an agent in the country of origin (not directly involved in manufacturing) who has to interpret the vendor's emails and try to run them to ground for answers.
