Doesn't the Venus 2000 already do this? And one wouldn't even need the motor inside since one would only need a tiny air hose coming in.
It's a simple design as well, I believe we might even figure out how to make our own version, and very cheap too.

a simple reed valve would work, to test this out you will need a fleshlight, Lays Stax container (eat the chips first - lol), piece of vinyl (2 by 3/4 inch) and strip of duck tape.

drill 3/8" hole in container place vinyl piece over drilled hole and tape vinyl piece to container just below the 3/8 hole.

I used to have an Omron automatic blood pressure monitor with an opening where you'd place your finger. When you hit start, it would inflate a rubber cuff around your finger. It had sensors apparently that detected your pulse and also to prevent applying too much pressure to your finger. It operated with a 9V battery and could squeeze quite a bit. It was somewhat noisy.

They have automatic blood pressure monitors that go around the upper arm these days. The hardware from something like that could be modified to create a pussy that tightens and relaxes if it were wrapped around an insert. Just a thought.
