Hahah no Its pretty easy on WIndows. Just right click on the image and select 'PAINT'.
This opens a basic editor that as colors and erasers. Its easy and fun at times.

Regarding the lady in your picture, I will say she is a top notch drawing and I am a fan as some others
are here of the artist. Although the breasts are as GIGANTIC as we want, if they made a body like hers and an exact face......totally would pay for it immediately!

The great thing is, the success of the K-cup has proven the eagerness of buyers to purchase huge-boobed dolls. Whether we next see another (but larger) natural-breasted doll, or one with the rounded-implants look, safe to say it will be a top seller.

Even better, companies can pursue BOTH designs for those owners who want to start a sorority of super-breasted dolls.
