Yeah, actually this head is the beta version of RHC031 Sakai Kanako. And as you can see that there is dyeing area of the back of head. :|

Something might be lost in translation here...so these heads are actually prototype heads? Or do they have defects (the thread title suggests defects)? Do they have moveable eyes?

Please kindly know the doll heads are prototype heads which are abandoned. They also have movable eyes.

I still don't understand why these are in the "rejected" pile. I know this had a huge thread already, but I don't remember any clear explanation about why they are defective.

I think that these are test samples, which were used to check the casting into the mold and the resulting defects.

If the Ayanokouji Akane prototype head becomes available, I might be interested in it. In another thread, I mentioned the expression makes me feel a bit sorry for it, but I do think it's artistically great and would be an interesting alternate head option for photos.

Along those same lines, I’d be *very* interested in any head rejects/prototypes you may have of the Kinsley Clark, Ivanka Ricci, and Molly Red Wolf models.

Elsa Babe,

When you post new heads, could you include the name of the model that they are a prototype/reject of when possible?

It’s so had to tell the difference on a lot of them
