Old thread, but I just wanted to update this recommendation into an "at your own risk" recommendation.

Basically the cables they supply are absolute trash. The wires have loose connections with the plugs on the end which can range from annoying to painful as the power cuts out and cuts back in.

I just bought a tri-phase cable for £50. Yes. 50 fucking quid for a cable. It has 2 audio jacks on one end, which feed into three plugs at the other (so you have 1 positive and 2 negative connections).

It has a loose connection. Of course it does.

Anyway, I just called them to find out if I can get a replacement. The guy I spoke with was an absolute dickhead and basically accused me of lying, combative and antagonistic from the get-go, when all I had said was that I was having issues with the cable I received last week.

After having spent over £800 with the company over the past few years (and you don't want to know how much of that is on replacement cables) I imagined that it might be reasonable for me to call and request a replacement for the first time. The fucking thing has a 3 month warranty according to the site.

So anyway, I won't be getting a replacement cable. I just spent £50 on a useless POS wire that's good for nothing. I will never be spending money with their company again.

Cool products, but their cables are overpriced trash, and the controls on the power boxes start to fail pretty quickly.

The verdict?

Well, to me --> only Kiiroo Keon can be fully hands-free and intense. You can use it on sofa, put pillow behind and manage the stroke speed, stroke depth through phone app.

I can see this working if you already own the Venus. I almost bought one but found the Rubjoy and bought it for less than half the price. After buying it, I found out there's robots on the market and you can even build your own pretty cheaply.
