Her and Bojangles make an excellent pair, I'm glad to see more of them together. You can tell she cares for him.
That's also a nice pajama set on Celia, it pairs well with that warm and affectionate look in her eye.

Boy, lovely, lovely pictures, M. Sorry but I must have missed these when you first posted them.
I can't help but say that something seems a bit different in Celia's appearance. I can't really pin
it down, but I think it has to do with an overall softness in the light tones you used. In a few of
your other shots, conversely, the eyes appear darker and more usual to what I remember, and I
think this might be what I'm seeing. Is this just me, or can you see it too?
Whatever the case, nice soft, dreamy photos

It is so cute picture with Celia and Mr. Bojangles best buddy on couch^^
I like how Celia is watching Mr. Bojangles and is holding his hand.
He is so nice with little tongue, fluffy ears and must be so warm.
SooYoung waves hand very much and says hello also!
She likes pyjam of Celia and her smooth hairs very much^^ I too.

Thanks Canvas. Celia absolute adores her little buddy. They keep each other company while I am gone during the day. Celia has had her PJ's for several years. They are a nice soft cotton, and perfect for a cold and windy winter's night ... of which we have had plenty recently.

Thanks A. I have noticed that the appearance of her face and eyes seems to change expression or mood with just a tilt of the head. And the lighting certainly does play a role in that, especially with her beautiful brown eyes. Although I must confess that there was no deliberate forethought into the lighting source for this one. Just an early evening quick little snapshot under warm room lighting for her to say "hi, I'm still here with my little buddy".

Hello TaeYeon,

Celia watches over and takes very good care of Mr. Bojangles. You can't see it in this picture, but when Celia holds his little paw or scratches behind his fluffy ears, he wags his tail very fast because he is so happy and contented. Celia likes to wear her nice soft pajamas in the winter. They keep her nice and warm, and Mr. Bojangles likes to cuddle up close to her to help keep her warm too.

Celia is waving hand back to SooYoung and says hello and sends best wishes.

LOL! Oh, Mr. Bojangles only has eyes for Celia. He only looks at me when he wants his food or water bowl replenished.

A belated Valentine's Day celebration

Since Valentine's Day fell on a busy and very long workday, and this weekend would be a 3-day holiday weekend (Heritage Day) in Nova Scotia, my beloved decided we should celebrate on the weekend when we would have more time to enjoy each other's company.

When I asked if she wanted a fancy meal prepared and to open a nice bottle of wine, she said ...
Of course not silly. You know I'm a low maintenance girl. Let's have some pizza and Pepsi. And after supper, we can watch the Daytona 500 together.

My kind of girl!

And for dessert, how about some Valentine's cupcakes. Mmmmm.

And we mustn't forget about a little treat for Mr. Bojangles, who has been a good little doggie patiently sitting next to his best buddy while she was enjoying her pizza. Let's see if we can find a cupcake for him.

Whenever and however you celebrated, Celia and I hope that you and your beloved had a wonderful day filled with love.

Sorry for missing this beautiful shot until now, but is is excellent,
and Celia has seldom looked better. I really have fallen in love
with her choice of pets! Lots of photos of food popping up everywhere,
but Valentines"s is nigh. Enjoy the feast!
