New Virtue Girl: Mix and Match

This is gonna be a flash in the pan thread; hopefully it won't take up too much of anybody's bandwidth. I ordered an enhanced body SS on Black Friday 2021; she arrived last week Monday, not quite 14 months wait. I wasn't sweating it, I knew going in it was gonna be a real slog, and I really thought the wait was going to be worth it. Having ordered a custom doll with the enhanced body C who ended up being Constance, I was prepared for some uncertainty with how the doll looked. Those who know Constance know I almost sold her before I lucked on to her current face; she has turned out to be my favorite Virtue Girl (maybe because she's a little dangerous).

So, the new girl showed up and I opened the crate and initially things looked promising. I had ordered the Sky face before I was aware that Tasha Marie pretty much owned that look (and nobody can do it better!) Here's how she looked:

I was pumped so I got her in the house to warm up and check for problems; so far so good! No problem with the hands like last time.
Unfortunately, when I looked at her close up, I was shocked at how sinister she looked, almost like Cruella de Ville! On top of that, her head looked comically small for her body and the size of the neck...

So I took her head off and tried the Tanya head I had, which was slightly less sinister and a better proportion with the body but still no good with that giant neck...

I tried a few more head swaps, and the end result was: Konstance is the new Virtue Girl!

Once I rest up a little, I'll try to get some Constance Meets Konstance shots and show off the new body Prudence will be sporting.
In the meantime, I need a beer and it's titty squeezin' time!

Given the circumstances, it looks like you created the best possible outcome........................looks like a happy ending thus far!................we will stay tuned for future developments..................and to meet Ms Konstance up close and personal............

Thanks Jantra, for being a true friend. Wasn't sure if making this thread was helpful or not. I didn't really think that my agonizing over who the new Virtue Girl was going to be would interest anyone. I felt the info might help somebody who was thinking of getting an RD; it's hard to know what works and what doesn't. I was perplexed as to why Constance and Konstance looked so different; it seems that the magnetic face RD heads don't work well with the SS body. Part way through the shoot, I found that the bottom of the face on Konstance got tucked up under the neck on the SS body and gave her a real moon face look. Even after fixing that, she still had a deer in the headlights look I could never alleviate. Same face, same wig, only difference tan vs light tan; don't know what I'm missing.

Hello young guy! Congratulations! 1st of all...Nobody owns the RD Sky face! If anyone does...It would be Stacy Leigh! She took the best most accurate photos of that head ever! So now its up to you! You have an eye for creating beautiful works. Constance is absolutely beautiful. One can only imagine what you will do with the other dolls.
I would not step away from the Sky face too rapidly. Even though her head seems too small...with the wig on in the crate, she look terrific.
Its amazing what a nice wig will do properly placed of course. Now we can address the "deer in the headlights" via pm. I have a few tricks for that you will like!
We will get rid of the Cruella look. Pm me

Thanks for the encouragement, AH! I got myself a little jazzed up thinking of all the possibilities when the new doll arrived and you're right, I might have made a hasty decision on the Sky face. The Stacy Leigh photo Abyss uses on the website to depict that face is what made me order it in the first place. However, I've decided I like how Prudence looks on the new doll so she gets a makeover. Here's Constance checking out Prudence with her new bod.

I'm going to try the Sky head on the body F that Prudence had and post some pics if I like it. Also, I'd really appreciate some ideas on how to keep Konstance's face from looking so weird; I'll send you a PM.

Yeah, Socratus, unfortunately it's a thing. Hopefully Abyss can pick up the pace some this year. I've got an enhanced body D I ordered during the Black Friday sale in November; really hoping it'll come in sooner than this last one.
