AngelKiss = WM silicone dolls

So you guys just take WM silicone dolls and rename them?

Both bodies are from WM. Your 175 is WM-175D. Your 165 looks like WM-166C (I think WM only makes this doll in TPE for themselves, at least for now anyway... so you contract them to make it in silicone for you?).

Faces/heads are the same as WM's too, even keep the same #.

You can buy WM silicone dolls as WM dolls too, from many vendors or from WM direct... so why bother with a different name?

You are right. But they split it around last year.
Somewhere here in this forum(or somewhere else I don't remember anymore) was a statement about that.

I believe that they decided to go with separate names to give their silicone doll line more of a premium/luxury feel.
Just like how toyota uses lexus, honda with acura, etc..

i understand toy/lexus, chevy/caddy, volk/audi, etc... but if that's the case, why does WM still have both TPE and silicone dolls on their website?... so it looks like AngelKiss contracted WM to make dolls for them, which is not the same as WM splitting up their TPE and silicone dolls into 2 separate divisions.

Because they don't care.
Most manufacturers prefer to sell their dolls through retailers. It's easier and the retailer usually takes care of customer service. That's why manufacturer websites tend to be less interesting, for example often not up to date and higher prices (okay, the TPE department at WM is up to date).

And some vendors don't even bother to be up to date. The main thing is that they sell their dolls.

It‘s a standard and simple marketing strategy.

But they don‘t do it well. While for the TPE line (WM), the huge installed base is doing all customer information for them for free, they fail right now with the silicone line as there is no installed base and Angel Kiss does not communicate with their potential customers. Means: no product information like factory pictures, detailed measurements, softness videos etc. AngelKiss website is a poor information desert.

Ignoring their potential customers may work for WM, but will it work for AngelKiss too?

Its the same with Jiusheng/MLW dont really get it either why have 2 brands when its the same manufactor, feels like Jiusheng dont want people to know about the MLW, they dont even have a site for MLW atleast not one ive been able to find which is even stranger then WM/Angelkiss...

I think it's interesting with the amount of people on TDF that no one has come forward with pics of any AngelKiss dolls. I know there's a lot of people who order dolls and don't go public with them or even belong to this forum, but I'm pretty amazed that nothing has been posted yet. Maybe it's the lack of diversity in the initial AK product line?

I think the AK 175D and 165D silicone dolls are really nice, especially the 175D. I still think this is the best photo set of ANY doll I've seen advertised, from any manufacturer..

It's more like Jinsan decided to divide up WM into another division.

Jinsan owns what... WM, Angelkiss, SE, JK, OR, YL, and a few others?

It's like how Alphabet owns Google, Nest, Google Cloud, YouTube, and so on.
Yandex owns Yandex Search, Yandex Taxi, and so forth.

Jinsan is the parent company of many love doll manufactures.
This is the only way I know how to explain this with out breaking the rule of comparing one doll manufacturer to another doll manufacturer lol

They do come from the same factory.

I think they just want to focus more on a certain category, such as WMDOLLS continuing to focus on TPE dolls. And ANGELKISSLOVEDOLL is a brand focused on SILICONE dolls.

The larger the company, the more sub brands it will have, and its internal competitiveness will also increase. This is beneficial for the development of a company.

Perhaps it would prefer ANGELKISSLOVEDOLL as an independent subsidiary?
