EOL of sex doll still be landfill, they are not durable to stay out of box (i mean like a home interior) for long time, really long time (10+ yrs), especially TPE
And i think there only tpe recycler in china (to make phone covers, for example, as covers do not need virgin TPE)

You could implement it right now with just a few additions to the existing rules:
1) The listing title should probably be "FREE TO GOOD HOME -" then the doll description.
2) Price should not exceed reasonable shipping costs. Admin can check when the review the initial listing.
3) Payment should probably be PayPal (good and services) to prevent scammers preying on folks.
4) The same rules for pictures, name/date sheet, description, etc.

Just take a bit of an edit to the existing rules and check to verify shipping cost only for price.

Just gonna toss this idea out there and see if it sticks for anyone at all.

Free cycle Communities are usually broken up geographically segmented region by region usually of a day(s) driving distance (give or take 300 miles; upwards of 600). If say, 10 or 15 members of TDF who happened to be in a similar region decided to cooperate as a freecycle club with each individual paying each a $5-10 monthly membership due; that club could afford to rent a small 5x5 storage unit.

If in the US we ended up having say maybe 9 or 10 of these across the country these storage units could be destination points for dropping off a doll from other TDF forum members who are looking to dispose of their unwanted dolls.

There are several other benefits a system such as this could offer. For example, say someone disposed of a doll in LA and someone interested in NY was to consider taking it, assuming it was a doll that the local LA club wasn’t interested in but was holding momentarily. Now let’s say instead of one or two
Dolls they held it’s was more like a half dozen. There is a cost savings on bulking parcels, let’s say every 3 months non club members like the one who wanted to that LA doll but lived in NY were willing to wait a couple of months; they wouldn’t get hit heavy with postage and it could be divided since 5 dolls were gonna go in one direction to NY. A surcharge can be taxed and that fee given to a regional
club to be held in escrow to save for a future shipment say in another three months or so.

Now what would be cool is if this entire system was automated in a TDF mobile app that members pay into keep it operational and streamlined…

The TDF pony express app! Heck you could even add a task Rabbit portion where say a member was gonna be taking a road trip, he could be compensated for making a delivery while doing so and maybe say get first dibs on dolls going either which way. And of course I would think if you were a reagional club operator putting in dues you’d also be getting first dibs etc.

Planning and coordinating all the inter regionally between clubs would be a job better suited to be done by AI or automated.

But more honestly, I’d be really more so interested to see if I could just sell my entire harem (or rather large subset thereof) as a singular bulk unit of 6to9 dolls only because they are rather still in very good shape especially for the more premium ones down there under my list

I know TPE can be used for repairs, but is it possible to completely melt it down (using heat or other means) and pour it into a new mold? So for example you sculpted something, made a cast and mold then you used the TPE from an EOL doll to make something completely new?

Yes, exactly.

No matter what WE think, sex doll TPE is considered contaminated by recyclers and not really viable for use in consumer products.
The only current use for older doll TPE is for casting and molding for doll repairs.
I use old doll TPE for that, but there are some challenges.
Some older blends melt odd and bad TPE can contaminate a good batch, leading all of it to not mold well.

Now a company could go "green" and offer TPE doll made from recycled TPE, but there would be significant hurdles.
First would be the cost of getting it to them. Shipping to China, along with fees and taxes would not be cheap.
There would also be the cost to them of cleaning the doll and tear it down into parts.
These costs would probably exceed the cost of raw, virgin TPE.

Perhaps the biggest challenge would be the marketing of the recycled TPE doll.
Say the green company offers "Cum Stank Connie", made of recycled TPE that has been spooged in and sweated on.
Another offers "Virgin Valerie", made of 100% new, virgin TPE.
The odds are pretty good that most doll purchasers would go with the Virgin, rather than the Cum Stank doll.

I like that idea a lot Iceblazer. It has lots of moving parts as far as logistics, but the concept is great. I wonder if there are already enough regional communities of scale to make it possible or if we aren't quite there yet.
